De Flow - AMTek Moscow Office AMTek founded in 1996 as is a independent company offering services in equipment supply, system packages, turn key system solutions, consultancy, product marketing and certification of measurement instruments in Russia and CIS. Through the years has established strong relations ships with major Russian system integrators, GOST and approval institutions supplying equipment to such companies as TransNeft, Gazprom, Lukoil, Yukos, Sibur, Slavneft, TNK, Total, Tengizshevroil and Ukrtransnafta, etc.
 Complex Resource, St. Petersburg, Russia Complex Resource was founded in 1994 main activity is three-phase metering research and development. Projects include devices for "YUKOS", "LUKOIL", "Nobel OIL", "LUKOIL-Komi", "TransNeft" (together with "IFTP", Dubna).  Azerbaijan De Flow in tandem with AMTek has an association with AzMetco in Baku, Azerbaijan. AzMetco are the former metrology arm of SOCAR (State Oil Company of the Azerbaijan Republic), AzMetco are now a private company. The association has developed a number of measurement projects including up grades of fiscal metering systems. This Includes the Beyuk Shore metering station, located close to Baku and the Salyan Oil project..

Baltnefteprovod Faure Herman turbine meters were installed into crude oil fiscal metering system. Chernomortransneft Faure Herman turbine meters, Omni flow computers, Jsikoot sampling equipment were installed into crude oil fiscal metering system. Gazprom Urengoigazprom Complex Jiskoot sampling cabinet for high pressure gas condensate sample take off. Yukos Achinsk Chemical Refinery Jiskoot turn key sampling cabinet for high pressure gas condensate sample take off. The system was completely certified, two engineers were fully trained to operate the system at Jiskoot manufacturing site. Total Complete GOST metering system certification/ consultancy for "Shapkino" and "Haryaga" projects. |
